View Profile
View Profile options lets you browse through your currently working call profile settings.
The first page shows you the list of all the regions and their terminating number (the telephone number to which the call is routed - this could be either a landline number or a GSM number). The terminating number column is displayed as a hyperlink.
To view the alternate routing information; you can click on the respective terminating number.
Note: The hyperlink is only displayed for the regions whose terminating number has been defined. For the regions with no terminating number, the hyperlink is not active, as no alternate routing can be defined for the same.
On clicking the hyperlink, you will be redirected to the Alternate Routing Info Page.
This page displays the alternate routing, if any, defined for the selected terminating number.
The page displays the status-based routing information and the Day and Time based routing information for the selected terminating number.
The status-based routing information section displays the alternate terminating numbers, if any, for the Busy and No Reply status.
The Day and Time based routing information displays the alternate terminating numbers for the defined days and the time.
Password Change
You can at anytime go to the Password Change option to change your existing password and the contact details.
- To change the password, you just need to provide your existing password and the new password that you want to change it to.
- After confirming your new password, you can click on the Confirm button to update your old password to the new password.
Modify Profile
This page is similar to the view profile screen. However, on this page you can edit or update your profile information.
The profile information contains:
- Your Account information
- Your routing details
- Your terminating numbers for various regions
- Alternate Routing information
You can change any of these details by accessing the Modify page.
Once on the Modify Page, select the appropriate buttons to make necessary changes.
- You can change the terminating number of any region by choosing a valid option from the dropdown.
- "Provide Standard Message" and "Please Select a Value" are available as options.
- You can both change the terminating numbers for all the regions and submit the changes or he/she can click on the modify hyperlink corresponding to each terminating number and modify the alternate routing information for that number.
- When you click on the 'Modify' hyperlink, you will be re-directed to Modify Profile Details Page.
- On this page you will see the Status and Day & Time based alternate routing information for the terminating number, you have selected to modify.
- You can modify the Day and Time based information in the following three ways:
o Edit
o Delete
o Add new routing
To do any of the above, simply follow the easy-to use instructions on the page.
- Once you have completed your modifications, you can save and effect the changes by clicking on the 'Submit' button.
- If you do not wish to save the changes, simply click on the 'Cancel' button and the existing Profile details will continue to be in effect.
Status Enquiry
In this section you can enquire the status of your various profiles, past and present.
To view your Status Enquiry, first click on the tab that says Enquiry.
To view Past profile information for all transactions:
- Click on a transaction number on the page displayed
- You can now view the profile that existed for this transaction the dates and the status (whether open or completed)
- you will not be able to edit this information
- On clicking on a Transactions number you can view the profile for this account
To view information for all the regions:
- Click on any terminating number mentioned against the region and you can view the alternate routing details for that number
- This page will display routing details based on the Status (Busy and No Reply) and Day & Time, in two separate tables.
Note: If the terminating number column contains "Provide Standard Message", you will not be able to view the alternative routing details.
