Service? You will have the Toll Free
Service after submitting your
application to our sales counter. It will take few
hours till your account is activated.
9. How can you change your termination
number? You can change your
termination number in real time by logging into
your Toll Free web account. You can program your termination to
any of your identified call telephone numbers the UAE. Also you can forward calls to any number in
the world at the International rates apply
according to the location of your selected number.
It may take few hours for the requested changes to
be active.

Are there any minimum costs? There are
no minimums. Use as much or as little as you
like and we will charge you for the received
calls.You can select one of the two service
charging plans.
If you wish to forward your Toll Free number
calls outside the UAE, calls will be charged
according to the IDD rates.

Can you cancel the Toll-Free service at
anytime? Yes. You can end your
Toll-Free service at anytime. However, a minimum
rental of three months period will be charged to
new customers. However, for existing customers a one month notice period apply.
12. Can you get one Toll-Free number
to ring on your regular phone line and another
Toll-Free number to ring on your Fax line?
Yes, many customers prefer to both.
13. You already have a toll-free
number. Can you get another toll-free number?
Yes. You can have multiple toll-free
numbers and they can all ring to the same
number or to different numbers. You can
have separate toll-free numbers for different
product lines, special advertising and promotions,
fax lines, sales lines, customer care, etc.
14. Do you need to install a new
telephone line for a toll-free number?
No. There is no need to install
a new or separate phone line for your number.
The toll-free number will terminate to any
number you use, including your existing
business line, in the UAE and abroad.
15. What if you move or open a new
office? What happens to your toll-free number?
No problem. No calls to lose, just
go to the Website and change your toll-free
number to terminate to the new number that
you designate/ pre-define.
16. Who needs to have a Customer
Code?
Wrong number calls are caused either
by people misdialing, or calling a number
that was formerly used by another company.
Choose our customer code facility to reduce
this occurrence. Please refer to this facility
for more info.
17.What is the per-minute
rate?

18. Can I move
from Usage Plan to Flat Rate Plan and vice
versa? Yes, it is open to all
customers except customers having Toll Free with
Common Name, however, the plan change will be
effective from your next billing cycle.

How can I sign in? In the Username
field, enter your 800 number: e.g. 8002345 In
the Password field, enter your password as
provided on the Etisalat's Scratch Card. New
customers are advised to change their
password after sign in for the first time. You
may do so at any time. After signing in customer
may change his profile as needed.
20. How
can I get more information?
You can call toll-free 800 ASK
(800275).This is your helpline from 7:00am till
Midnight. This number is open for new or existing
customers. You can call for inquiries,
assistance, fault reporting and web account
issues.
